Our Story

Founded in 2024 by brothers David and Danny Molloy, Molloy Homes represents the next chapter in the continued success of the Molloy Group. While Molloy Homes is a new name in housebuilding, the foundations of the business are built on more than 20 years of proven experience in the construction industry.

Through sister companies Chandos Civil Engineering, established in 2002, and Molloy Plant Hire, established in 2014, the group has earned a strong reputation for delivering infrastructure and groundwork services to many of the UK’s leading housebuilders across the North-West. Together, the businesses generate an annual turnover exceeding £80 million, reflecting the scale, strength, and stability behind the Molloy Homes brand.

In January 2025, Neil Howard joined as Managing Director, bringing with him over 27 years of residential development experience gained with some of the country’s most respected housebuilders, including Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey, and Redrow Homes. During his career, Neil has overseen the commercial delivery of around 700 new homes per year across the North-West region.
